This is a song I wrote last April (2016). I’ve been tweaking the recording over the last few months (a lot of that time was spent ignoring it and then coming back and doing some tiny adjustment). Decided to just let it go…
I had a whole idea for a video for this song… I let that go too. Time constraints and such… just didn’t think I would get around to it… and it just got more and more onerous.
So I came up with a new plan for the visual… which opened up a new can of worms. Bit of a pain techincally… but I got it sorted. Had to figure out how to draw and paint on camera. So I built a little rig out of odds and ends. Played with ideas of painting on a mirror… on my back door window… you know… stuff like that.
